Objectives

The 4 main objectives of the Speaker’s Bureau Austria is:

  • to provide organizations with awesome educational, motivational, inspirational and entertaining speakers.

  • to further develop highly talented presenters for Toastmasters Europe conference training programs.

  • to provide a supportive venue for highly talented speakers to share experiences, encouragement and tips to ensure the successful growth of Speakers Bureau Austria.

  • to achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 97%, as measured by customer surveys. This will be determined by the number of respondents who mark the survey as Highly Satisfied or Totally Satisfied.

Operational Guidelines

Speakers Bureau Austria exists to help speakers perfect their speaking skills for audiences outside the Toastmasters Clubs. It will help further refine their presentation, delivery, and content to appeal and benefit organizations with interests and needs that are different from typical Toastmasters Clubs. Speakers Bureau Austria provides a platform for highly talented and controversial speakers and presenters from the Toastmasters Clubs in the Area.

The primary concern of Speakers Bureau Austria is to create an environment where anyone who is passionate about public speaking can develop the skills and confidence to be successful. Speakers Bureau Austria operates on the premise that its presenters are experts on their specific topics / presentations. Therefore, Speakers Bureau Austria speakers will limit their speech topics matters to no more than three presentations on which they intend to speak. Value and content are the keys.
